- Unlimited number of doctor consultations
- Unlimited number of vaccine orders
- One psychological treatment per year
- Up to 5 consultations with couples therapy
Note: If several people from the same household wish to receive psychological help via Eyr, it is recommended to avoid the same psychologist to maintain confidentiality.
How to use the insurance
- Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, log in with BankID
- Go to “add insurances and memberships”, select Avonova, enter policy number (with both numbers and letters)
- Book a doctor’s appointment — choose time and doctor yourself, or drop-in
Where do I find the insurance number?
You can find your insurance number in “My Avonova” in the Avonova app or on the website.

I can’t enter my insurance number Double-check the number and contact support@eyr.md if the problem persists.
I have booked an appointment, but forgot to add my insurance first Add the insurance number in the app, and send an email to support@eyr.md with your name and the time of the consultation. We will arrange a refund.
I don’t remember my insurance number Find it on your insurance certificate, on the insurance company’s website, or contact your employer/HR.
