Companies with an Assist, Health Insurance, or People agreement have access to the following free benefits for their employees and their families in the same household:

What’s included?

  • Unlimited number of doctor consultations
  • Unlimited number of vaccine orders
  • One psychological treatment per year
  • Up to 5 consultations with couples therapy

Note: If several people from the same household wish to receive psychological help via Eyr, it is recommended to avoid the same psychologist to maintain confidentiality.

How to use the insurance

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, log in with BankID
  2. Go to “add insurances and memberships”, select Avonova, enter policy number (with both numbers and letters)
  3. Book a doctor’s appointment — choose time and doctor yourself, or drop-in

Where do I find the insurance number?

You can find your insurance number in “My Avonova” in the Avonova app or on the website.

Frequently asked questions

I can’t enter my insurance number Double-check the number and contact support@eyr.md if the problem persists.

I have booked an appointment, but forgot to add my insurance first Add the insurance number in the app, and send an email to support@eyr.md with your name and the time of the consultation. We will arrange a refund.

I don’t remember my insurance number Find it on your insurance certificate, on the insurance company’s website, or contact your employer/HR.
