From App Store or Google Play. Log in with BankID.

Add insurance

Go to 'add insurance and memberships' and select your insurance company.

Book appointment

Choose time and doctor yourself, or drop-in. All doctors are authorised.

I can't remember my insurance number

Find it on your insurance certificate, on your insurance company's website, or contact your employer/HR.

I can't add my insurance number

Double-check the number and contact support@eyr.md if the problem persists.

I booked an appointment but forgot to add my insurance first

Add your insurance number in the app and email support@eyr.md with your name and consultation time. We'll arrange a refund.

I'm not sure which insurance I have through my work?

Contact HR or the personnel department at your workplace.

What do I do if I have insurance through another company?

You can still use Eyr, but it costs 395 kr per doctor consultation.
